Prison Causes New Stink in Kentucky Town

"It's a design problem," said Maleva Chamberlain, spokeswoman for the Kentucky Division of Water. "The sewer lines were designed too big. They were designed for the prison at full capacity, plus for additional development in the area. So what happens, because there is not enough flow, the sewage sits there and goes septic."

Now why on earth would a town of 1000 people with one of the nation's highest unempolyment rates build something so big? Maybe they can import (Another State's Outsourcing) prisoners, or offer up their services as a terrorist jail for the CIA to torture...It IS Kentucky anyway, so why not add foul smelling places to the list of possible strategies to get the bad people to give up the info!

Watch out for the International Red Cross to come in & claim this torture for the prisoners who are there now, but not for the citizens who live there freely!
